De'Lonn Brown
Director, Training, Planning and Strategic Management
De'Lonn is noted in community based activist and strategic management building. Her dedication and commitment to youth defines her passion for non-profit work as as well as her work with mentorship, education and research programs. rooting herself in the throws of qualitative research, De'Lonn continues her vision of research-based writings with a team of dedicated colleagues.

De'Lonn possesses numerous certifications as well as a Master of Science in Management degree with a concentration in leadership. Her passion for transformational change encompasses her drive and dedication to those living and learning in all communities.
Melanie M. Frizzell, Ed.D
Director, Research, Education and Assessment
Melanie, serves as our primary lead on projects that are centered around research, education and leadership.
Melanie has experience coaching and supporting P-3 early childhood educators. In addition, Melanie has served as a mentor coach to new coaches, created ECE Learning Communities with teachers and developed assessment trainings for the purpose of planning data-driven instruction.

Since her completion of her doctoral degree, with a focus on the role of leadership in the preparation on future teachers of color, Melanie has continued her research agenda on factors contributing to the preparation of teacher education majors and licensure policy and teacher education certification testing performance. Her continuous commitment to quality Educator Preparation Programs has led to a volunteer position with an accreditation body.
Previously, Melanie worked on and as an Assistant Director and Social Studies Coordinator on the Teacher Quality Enhancement (TQE) subcontract grant. The TQE subcontract grant provided supplemental tutorial support to teacher education majors preparing to take the Georgia Assessments for the Certification of Educators (GACE) examination.
